Grace Arribas
Grace Arribas operates at the intersection of movement and minimal-tech, shaping a sound defined by restraint, groove, and emotional precision. Before turning fully toward music, she spent years immersed in choreography and aerial arts, developing a physical understanding of rhythm long before stepping behind the decks. That background continues to inform her approach to DJing and production today — where tension, release, and flow are treated as movement rather than purely sound. Her sets are built with intention and control, blending hypnotic minimal textures with warm, driving low-end designed for the dancefloor. Originally from the United States, Arribas’ sound has been shaped globally. Beginning in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles before venturing across Europe, she is now based between Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Ibiza — three cities at the heart of the modern underground — while also spending time in Paris, where she works as Music Director for Arribas France. This international lifestyle continues to shape her evolving musical perspective and deep connection to the global club circuit. Working across circuits in North America and Europe, Arribas has steadily built a reputation for refined selections and carefully constructed journeys. She has appeared at Music On, Kazbah (Burning Man), Pacha Ibiza, Amsterdam Dance Event, Miami Music Week, and Paradise Ibiza, performing alongside artists who define the contemporary minimal and tech-house landscape. Alongside her DJ career, Arribas developed a strong technical foundation in sound design at Point Blank Los Angeles. This training, combined with a performance background rooted in discipline and stage presence, informs a deeply intentional approach to music. She approaches DJing as controlled architecture — sculpting atmosphere through restraint, groove, and release. Grace Arribas views the club as a space for collective movement and shared energy. Favoring patience over excess, her sets build momentum through detail and subtle progression. Whether in intimate underground rooms or large international stages, she creates immersive environments where physicality and sound merge into a singular experience.
