Adin

Artist socials:

ADIN, spearheads the forefront of a flurry of talented techno producers to come out of the Netherlands. But unlike a large wealth of his native counterparts, Adin’s story has seen the DJ craft his unique sonic style through a colourful past, and amalgamation between the dark and light of his life.

Making a rapid and far-reaching impact on the electronic music scene over the course of his double-decade career, it was the move from Ajdin’s war-torn birthplace of Bosnia to a Rotterdam record store in his youth that marked the first stepping stone on his eventual ladder to success. Taking early inspiration from iconic producers such as Masters At Work, Roger Sanchez and Erick Morillo, it was his dub mix of Sandy Rivera’s ‘Freak’ on Simon Dunmore’s Defected Records that was championed all over the scene.

more

By 2007, Ajdin had become one of the most in-demand artists in the business, touring worldwide with a schedule of more than 30 shows per month. A technical wizard on the decks, his obsession with house, techno and multiple sub-genres shone through immediately. Stepping things up a notch, it was a meeting with Pasquale Rotella that changed the course of Ajdin’s future as he switched the melodic sounds of his EDC NY set to more dark and industrial tones half-way through the performance. The brave and somewhat adventurous gamble was wholeheartedly rewarded, with Ajdin’s performance ranked as one of Rolling Stone’s “25 raviest moments of EDC.” Always one to go with the moment rather than to meticulously plan out sets, it is this party-ready approach that saw him become a key member of Insomniac’s events early on, playing further sets at EDC Orlando, Mexico, Japan and the Las Vegas showpiece event. Now firmly established as one of Holland’s finest techno exports, Ajdin has also performed at Mysteryland, Sensation, Creamfields, Elrow, the iconic Womb Tokyo venue, Free Your Mind Festival and Free Your Mind with Sasha and John Digweed.

Having honed his craft on vinyl long before his 2004 debut in the production studio, ADIN has amassed universal plaudits via his insatiable back catalogue, vibrant track selections and instinctive ability to read a crowd. Making incredible music that resonates further than just the confines of gruff dancefloor beats, Ajdin’s ADIN alias has garnered a reputation as an innovative and forward-thinking producer & DJ, fusing his driven tones with an emotional blend of melodic techno. Carving a niche signature sound which has seen the Dutch artist amass the support of the finest names in the underground scene, including Joris Voorn, Nic Fanciulli, Maya Jane Coles, Richie Hawtin, Hot Since 82, and Josh Butler, ADIN is also the founder of his own ADIN Records imprint.

With the label playing host to his sumptuous mix of warm underground music, including tracks like ‘Fargo,’ ‘Adria’, and ‘Alive’, ADIN’s infectious devotion to house and techno has found a true calling after many years spent spreading his powerful production prowess across the studio, with deep influenced records that resonate broadly with a respective nod to the producer’s past.

Diversifying his musical output through a combination of atmospheric tracks, ADIN faces 2018 and beyond with a fresh impetus, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the career of the revered producer. Amassing a reputation as an important purveyor of international techno that resonates broadly, ADIN has established himself as a passionate contributor to the scene, cementing his place as one of the genre’s premiere names.

Anamē

Artist socials:

Anamē: Old Norse, meaning: to adapt

Marcus Schössow and Thomas Sagstad have been planning, plotting and dreaming anamē for two decades. First coming together at a house party in Helsingborg, Sweden, the Swede and the Norwegian bonded over a love of artists (Sasha or early Tiesto), labels (Strictly Rhythm, Defected), ethics (“We both wanted to work hard for our dreams”) and ideas. As family life, academic studies, and new homes in different countries threatened to separate them, their old connection drew them back together.

In 2022, the anamē adventure began on Anjunabeats. The duo crafted an emotive collaboration with Above & Beyond and Marty Longstaff on ‘Gratitude’, worked with BLR and Robbie Rise on club anthem ‘Influencer’, and reworked a pair of classics in Lostep’s ‘Burma’, and ‘Tears From The Moon’ by Conjure One and Sinéad O’Connor.

more

Most recently, the pair remixed Kyan’s ‘Lonely River’ alongside A&B’s Paavo Siljamäki in his P.O.S guise, collaborating again with Paavo on ‘Good People’ for his ‘Deeper Tales’ album.

Their debut album ‘Beautiful World’, featuring the singles ‘Anywhere (Road Trippin’), ‘Someone We Used To Love’ and ‘Must Be Dreaming’, released September 1 on Anjunabeats.

Avira

Artist socials:

A guiding light. A common language. A connection. All those things epitomize AVIRA’s approach to dance music and the effect he has on his global following. Tickling the sweet spot between left-field melodic techno and genuine dance floor appeal, his music exudes a sense of purpose that appeals to casual listeners and purists alike, making the Canadian creator one of the most exciting acts in dance music today.

more

Born in Kuwait, raised in Egypt and bred in Canada after moving there when he was eight years old, AVIRA wasn’t remarkably obsessed with music throughout his formative years. That is, until he got tasked with creating a short-movie soundtrack as an assignment in high school and discovered Tiësto’s ‘In Search Of Sunrise’ series on a local radio station in Toronto. The combination of those two things struck a chord in him, pushing him to sit down at his computer and spend every bit of spare time on his new-found interest. He hasn’t gotten off that computer since.

“Music completely changed my life”, AVIRA explains. “As I started taking more and more steps into this amazing new world, I began to understand the effect music can have on people’s lives. And to me, that’s exactly what music is about. It’s about emotional release, about making an impact. It’s the perfect medicine for the mind, and I feel like everyone in the world needs a little bit of that. If I can get as many people into a room as possible and have them open up to my ideas, it can be a healing experience that brings people closer together.”

Recent tracks such as ‘The Worship’ (feat. Diana Miro) and ‘Hollow’ (with Armin van Buuren), which AVIRA singles out as his best work to date, are built on that notion. “With these two records, I feel like I’m finally finding my voice. I’ve been making music for almost two decades now, and I’ve had my records played on A State Of Trance as Assaf for nearly eight years. Coming from that background, I feel that my records will always bear a hint of Trance euphoria, and shifting the focus from Assaf to AVIRA has allowed me to connect with an even wider audience. What matters to me is that I can be the person they go to when they want to feel something, that I can be the captain to their musical journey and a global ambassador for dance music. And if my music can inspire them as others have inspired me, if it can help them find their way just like it helped me find mine, I’ll have fulfilled my own purpose as well.”

FAST BOY

Artist socials:

“They don’t call you FAST BOY for nothing.” No other sentence has been said about this duo from Berlin more than this one.

After the brothers did their part as songwriters to help artists achieve platinum status worldwide, they have now finally gotten together to manifest their joint creative vision as FAST BOY. Maybe the impressive speed in which these two have won over the Dance Music Scene and have climbed the charts in the process, is no coincidence after all. It isn’t often that one finds a duo being producers, songwriters, singers, instrumentalists and DJ’s all at the same time…

Since the huge success of their track “Bad Memories” together with MEDUZA (#13 in the German single charts, #6 in the German Airplay-Charts, #1 Dance Radio US) they have become an elemental part of the dance scene’s big playlists.

more

The track which already has over half a billion streams across all platforms won multi gold and platinum awards and became Airplay No. 1 in 7 countries. Since the beginning of 2021, they have been able to accumulate more than 500 million streams on Spotify coming from no less than 184 countries. These incredible numbers put FAST BOY even into the Top 5 of all German artists on the platform. With their number one radio spots in multiple European countries (Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic) they have proven that they are here to stay.

Lucas and Felix love to be busy working in the studios of Berlin, London or Stockholm. Together with artists like Joel Corry, Ofenbach, HUGEL, Öwnboss, Alle Farben, Martin Jensen they have released compositions that clearly show the unique FAST BOY signature sound: catchy and dance-driven vibes, paired with melancholic vocals and a soulful touch. This signature sound is what they are looking to highlight on their upcoming solo-tracks.

2023 has started off great, since FAST BOY did not only confirm huge shows like Tomorrowland Winter, but also released their debut single as first artist – “Forget You” with legendary Topic on Virgin Records, which has already been platinum awarded and reached #1 Airplay charts in several countries.

The following track of the year “Good Life” also proves their continued success with 6 million streams in only 3 months’ time. Their latest song “Where You Are”, together with Nico Santos, is no exception to the rule: reaching the top 40 airplay in Germany three weeks after release.

From an early age on the two brothers have had a passion for honest and organic music. Their childhood home was not just filled with instruments, but also with sounds from Rock music, Brazilian rhythms to old house records – making it the perfect environment for them to get in touch with music and to start writing songs. Today, the fast-paced and multi-facetted nature of Berlin helps them get in that state of mind. FAST BOY are producers, songwriters, singers, instrumentalists and DJs. Their love for music is truly all-encompassing.

It’s that joyful love for music, that really defines them as artists. Whoever experiences these two in the studio or on stage, will without any doubt get a taste of their thrilling dynamic. Everything they do has a sense of drive to it, a tangible force that powers on no matter the obstacle, with an undeniable thirst for more. One thing is for sure: There is no getting around the fact that FAST BOY will soon be one of THE artists in the dance music scene.

Joachim Pastor

Artist socials:

To Joachim Pastor, music isn’t about the hypes, trends or the weekly special. The French DJ, producer and Hungry Music founder has been casting aside music world mania in favor of a timeless sound since first breaking into the scene, and the upcoming release of his debut album sees the recent Armada Music signee push into a new chapter with that exact trademark.

A true perfectionist when it comes to the quality of his product, Joachim Pastor studied at the Versailles conservatory between the ages of 4 and 15.

more

Near the end of his time at the conservatory, when his hopes of playing guitar in a band had started to grey out due to the sheer impracticality of it all, he started downloading music software with the intention of creating his own virtual band to play guitar with.

That one thing led to another, and Joachim Pastor’s music has been sporting an electronic edge ever since. Inspired by the works of seminal artists such as Daft Punk, Sonata Arctica and Jean-Michel Jarre, Joachim Pastor’s melodious brand of electronica offers a sense of sophistication not easily found in today’s music world.

Designed to make listeners feel with every fiber of their being, his music is an expression of emotion with a danceable twist, endorsed by hundreds of thousands of fans on Spotify alone as well those who witnessed his performances at the likes of Dour, Tomorrowland, Paleo, Olympia, Solidays, DGTL, Pleinvrees and more. Now on the verge of presenting his first-ever album, Joachim Pastor continues to produce the music he wants to.

And if the initial response is anything to go by, that album provides exactly the kind of music that will withstand the test of time.

Just_us

Artist socials:

It’s been a stratospheric rise for talented producer Just_us, by any measure. At 14, after seeing Afrojack at the Ziggo Dome experience, Just_us threw himself into electronic music with 100% determination.

In 2017 he left school, throwing himself 100% into his music. It was a move that more than paid off. 2018 saw Just_us score tours around the world, playing some of the planet’s most revered clubs.

In 2019 he signed a publishing deal with Cloud9, leading to a run of releases on Spinnin’ Records. By 2022, Spinnin’ had officially signed him to their roster, as had David Lewis Productions.

more

Armin van Buuren called on Just_us to open at his 2022 Ushuaia residency and close out his Dubai NYE spectacular in Dubai. His 2022 Spinnin’ release ‘Speed’ saw major North American support fromKaskade, Zedd, and Deadmau5, Deadmau5 signing Just_us to Mau5trap for an EP release, Kaskade co-producing seismic banger ‘Dance With Me’.

2023 tour dates established Just_us as a major player, with shows at Ziggo Dome’s main arena for Don’t Let Daddy Know (fulfilling his promise to play the same stage as Afrojack less than a decade ago), Balaton Sound, Saga Festival, Dreambeach, Ushuaia, Creamfields and Tomorrowland. It was at Tomorrowland that Gordo dropped Just_us’ remix of Benny Benassi’s ‘Satisfaction’, going viral across
socials to the tune of 350 million views.

Just_us closed out 2023 with two huge moves: the release of ‘Make It Count’ with Armin van Buuren and on Sony Music, a newer high-tempo, pop-influenced sound on single ‘Years’, the first to drop from a multi-track deal with the recording giant.

As Just_us continues to grow, evolve, and increasingly influence the electronic musical landscape, the spark that came to life almost a decade ago is on course to become one of the brightest of his
generation.

MARF

Artist socials:

Simply put, MARF is one of dance music’s most exciting and certifiable triple threat talents. From songwriting and producing multi-genre hits to DJing the world’s biggest stages, the rising Dutch talent has immediately made his musical mark known. In the span of a mere 3 years, MARF has not only found support from global talents like Hardwell, David Guetta, The Chainsmokers, Timmy Trumpet, Showtek, and Dimitri Vegas & LikeMike, but has also shared productions credits with industry trendsetters, from Nicky Romero and Afrojack, toLucas & Steve. With a work ethic that’s second to none and undeniably natural pop sensibilities, MARF is one of the very few acts in dance music who are making the hits of tomorrow, today.

more

MARF was introduced to the piano at just 6 years old, but it wasn’t long before his tastes were swayed away from the instrument’s technical side and into poppier realms. Although he semi-regretfully quit the piano at age 16, there’s no doubt that a young MARF’s training and influences can be heard in his productions today, notably in the simplicity of his melodies and power of his hooks. It wasn’t until his early 20s that MARF set his sights on producing dance music, quickly embarking on his own journey up the industry’s daunting stairs of success. His breakout release, titled “Sweet Mistake” (alongside KAAZE) came in 2020 via Revealed Recordings. Deeply emotive and strikingly polished for a newcomer’s production, “Sweet Mistake” racked up a hearty two hundred thousand Spotify streams in its very first day, putting MARF on the map as one to watch. His follow up came in the form of“Miss You,” a joint release with the eminent skills of Tungevaag and SickIndividuals. The single, his very first on Spinnin’  Records, became the most played radio track in all of the Netherlands, proving that MARF was anything but dance music’s next one-hit-wonder. Having built momentum from the ground up, MARF continued his hot streak of tastemaker collabs, linking up with none other than Nicky Romero for “Okay,” and more recently with Lucas & Steve for the festival-ready slinger, “Give Me Your Love.” If his original productions weren’t enough, MARF has also staked his claim as a prodigal songwriter, lending a creative hand to the Netherlands’ leading pop act, FLEMMING. Together, the two have found the secret sauce for success, with their aptly titled single “Amsterdam” going Double Platinum and being validated as a true festival anthem. Now confident in his worth and having proven his myriad of talents, MARF is ready to step into the limelight with his own sonic brand. Having recently signed to Spinnin’ Records’ iconic artist roster, the rising star is seeing his dreams unfold before his eyes. It may be easy for some acts to fall into complacency at this point, having accomplished so much in such a short time, but MARF is more invigorated than ever. Witha wishlist of dream collaborators, including Chris Martin and RyanTedder (two of his biggest songwriting influences), and his sights set on a Global Top 50 release, it’s crystal clear that MARF is just getting started.

Toman

Artist socials:

The Netherlands has long been considered a fertile breeding ground for electronic music, and one man who’s very much indicative of the country’s new era of talent is Toman. Now based in Amsterdam, he moved to the Dutch capital in early 2018 — and has barely had time to pause for breath since.

more

A producer who boasts an impressively prolific streak, Toman started his musical journey at an early age. More recently, his unique take on house and techno has led him to much-renowned outlets such as We R House, Cyclic, Blind Vision and Inermu, yet Toman’s story is no overnight success. On the contrary, his is one that that’s as attributable to a ceaseless work ethic as it is a supportive. music-loving upbringing as well as an unyielding love of music.

Fascinated by all things percussion, Toman began learning the drums in his early teens, a move that would eventually steer him toward what he considers the “unrestrictive complexities of electronic music”. A producer with an endlessly eclectic palette, Toman cites the likes of Underworld, Minilogue, and Terry Lee Brown Jr as influences, all of whom attest in some way to his own eclectic palette. From minimal to tech-house to house and deeper sounds, Toman’s diverse musical outlook is refreshingly hard to categorise.

In 2017, Toman’s first solo EP arrived courtesy of Mihai Popoviciu’s much-respected Cyclic. An ear-catching release that introduced us to a prodigious young talent, it was an impressive sign of things to come. Looking forward, Toman recently signed his debut vinyl EP to Cinthie’s much-loved we_r house label, with the Broodrooster EP supported by a diverse cast of globally-respected DJs such as Archie Hamilton, Terry Francis, Roger Gerressen, Rossko, Dorian Paic, Traumer, Waze & Odyssey, Alexi Delano and Eric Cloutier.

In between studio sessions, Toman continues to tour as a DJ, with bookings across his the Netherlands including the likes of Awakenings and Straf_werk festival. Outside of his native country he has also thrown it down it esteemed German clubs such as Berlin’s Watergate and Leipzig’s Distillery, in between playing in Zurich, Manchester and Bucharest to name a few. There’s no doubting that Toman is an individual beginning to leave his musical mark on the international scene. Watch out for him in a city near you soon.

Topic

Artist socials:

Making global impact with his worldwide hits and own emotional yet exhilarating dance sound, it’s fair to say that Topic is a superstar DJ and hotly in-demand producer. His numbers speak for themselves and are eye-popping by anyone’s standards. The German-Croatian had over 1 billion streams in 2021 alone and is rapidly approaching 1 million followers across all social media platforms. He has gold, double diamond, double, triple, quadruple, and even decuple platinum certifications in 28 countries around the world to his name and holds a steady spot in the Top 10 of Spotify’s Global Top 200.

more

Cherry on top, all his achievements came full circle this year with a strong entry in the DJ Mag top 100, ranking at #69. Topic truly seems to have found the recipe of his success, motivated by the unknown magic of his next collaborations, sharing his music with his fans, playing for live crowds, and connecting on an emotional level through music.

The artist himself calls his unique sound ‘melancholic dance music’. It is all about melodies that lodge themselves deep in your brain, drums that demand you to dance, and emotional tenderness that lingers in your heart. It is these signature sounds that globally renowned artists come calling for. They include German titan ATB and production partner A7S, with whom he reworked the classic ‘9PM (Till I Come)’ into ‘Your Love (9PM)’, which was nominated for this year’s BRIT Awards, sharing the category with the likes of Justin Bieber and Billie Eilish. He has also worked with GRAMMY®-nominated rapper Lil Baby, Diamond-selling and two-time GRAMMY®-nominated artist Bebe Rexha, British band Clean Bandit, singer-songwriter Alvaro Soler, and DJ-favourite Becky Hill, as well as Fifth Harmony singer Ally Brooke, German popstar Nico Santos and many more, all with unforgettable results.

The collaborative tracks Topic produces have achieved huge commercial success: he landed in the Top 5 in the UK Official Singles Chart and the Billboard Hot 100, scored number ones on the Mediabase U.S. dance radio, iTunes and the Global Top 200 Shazam and Spotify charts, and won high profile awards and nominations including the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2016, Teen Choice Awards in 2018, Best Dance Act at the Los 40 2020 Music Awards, the Billboard Music Awards 2021, The 2022 Brit Awards for International Song Of The Year,  and many more. When working solo, Topic explores a more raw, direct, and harder-edged underground sound for his own DJ sets. With a festival summer in full swing, Topic has been touring the world relentlessly, playing at all the major festivals including Tomorrowland, Parookaville, Airbeat One, SAGA Festival, Balaton Sound, and has made his big Ibiza debut at Ushuaïa Ibiza.

Growing up in Solingen, a small town outside Düsseldorf, music was just a hobby in his teenage years, but that all changed when a popular local YouTuber came asking Topic to make beats for his upcoming album. The album proved successful and claimed the  #5 spot in the iTunes chart. Topic was 21, and suddenly a career in music seemed possible. Topic left his job and has never looked back. Within a few years, hits like “Home” (feat. Nico Santos) in 2016, ‘Perfect’ with Ally Brooke in 2018, and ‘Breaking Me’ with A7S in 2019 made sure Topic didn’t need to assert his spot any longer.

Recently releasing ‘Kernkraft 400 (A Better Day)’, using the legendary melody from Zombie Nation’s 1999 smash ‘Kernkraft 400’, reworking his hit ‘Breaking Me’ into ‘Saving Me’ which was a central track in Tomorrowland’s 2022 short documentary, and dropping the inspiring ‘All Or Nothing’ with HRVY, Topic shows no signs of slowing down any time soon. The future will see Topic’s DJ sets get even more personal as he looks to fully produce 100% of the music he plays in them. With the release of his first club record ‘Follow Me’ on the horizon, Topic is giving his fans a taste of the sound he has been developing over the past two years. He also plans to produce a second album following ‘Miles’, 2015’s well-received debut, and remains motivated by working with a diverse array of collaborators. Whoever he works with next, you can be sure that Topic’s signature sounds will always enrich and uplift in uniquely wistful ways.
